It means nothing. That's the joke.
There are a lot of cool prehistoric fish that could be added. For example:
Xiphactinus
Helicoprion
Leedsichthys
Aquilolamna
Xiphactinus

More types of Lagoon Feeders would be cool. For example: a live shark feeder. Both because it would be cool to watch a giant predator chase down it's prey, and because the sharks would help enrich the environment. Also, a krill feeder if we get my Leedsicthys.

Sigh... we know basically nothing about it... and what we do know about it says it wouldn't add anything beyond what Yutyrannus already adds...I would love a larger and more vibrant and colorful relative of Yutyrannus (yes, you heard that right, Sinotyrannus) added to the game, as inspired by this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/jurassicworldevolution2/mods/2718

the Sinotyrannus is different from the Yutyrannus because it has a bony crest that makes him different from other theropods (because the Sinotyrannus is a Proceratosauridae)
