Don’t think it was ever that big at all. Most of these claims and analyses are based on questionable perceptions and possible illusions to others’ eyes due to camera angled references and so fourth. If anything, the Mosa in-game is already around as big as it is in all its other appearances.

The mosasaurus in Jurassic world fallen Kingdom is estimated to be at least 80 to 100 ft long. Instead of calling it to mosasaurus gigas as they should have called it Mosasaurus Kaijunensis

It's not. it's more similar to its accurate scientific size.
