Sounds like 15 is your limit. Sell them and return for more. Or find a friend with a large ship and meet him outside the station. Load him, go back for more. Rinse and repeat.
Get a couple bros to shuttle them out for you. One shot one kill.

Ive been there today (pc version) getting cigars for the engineer.
They're limited to 15 max at one load - usually as 8 now, 7 after the refresh time. Last trip i made, there were 15 available at 1 time...
It's not paranoia when they're out to get you!

Ive always had bad luck with the rares engineers want.
Both of the engineers that require 25 units have always given me a stock of 24, i think fd put that limit on purpose.

I can confirm theres a limit as to how much you can have in your hold before they stop restocking. I had a friend help me with that and even though it was showing none available for me when I had 15 in my cargo, he was able to pick up 10 while I was sat outside the station

You know Arne, if ever in this situation again...you could always check the EIC Sales Department Discord Server. Mostly for PC customers currently, but I've been filling XBOX orders such as Cigars, Modular Terminals, Bromellite, etc. You schedule a Purchase Order, get your Palladium ready for payment, and we exchange Cargo.
