I wanted to just say that I love Elite Dangerous and currently play Horizons! It is my daily game of choice and even though I don't have Odyssey I hope to get it one day in the future when able to but what I am writing you about is to just say what an amazing game you and your devs have created. I know Odyssey has bugs and I watch a bunch of the streamers on Twitch stream it. I know that your team will resolve the bugs in due time so please let any hate others are saying about the bugs just roll off your shoulders.

Keep up the great work Team!!

Overall I agree with the sentiment. I'm sure most of the FDEV employees want to blow our socks off.

But, they need to not ignore the "hate" as this debacle was fully in their control and the so-called Alpha feedback was mostly ignored as they rushed this to beat a fiscal deadline. <<< This indicates some problems FD needs to take a very serious thought about and change how they engage the community for focused feedback and plan out their roadmaps.

I get the game has bugs and as Hydrino said, it was rushed out, in my opinion as well But every single game that has been released in the past has had bugs, some more than others but the FDevs are working hard to fix them as quickly as they can and I am sure they will have Odyssey working better than ever expected so I say cut them some slack and enjoy the game and the experience as it gets better.

Elite Dangerous is great and am taking the, hopefully temporary, Odyssey problems is stride. Though I had expect a little better from Frontier, it's not bothering me near as much as it seems to be bothering others. That may be because I play Star Citizen (and other space games) just a little bit also. Doing that will give some perspective.

I'm guessing they are WAY more mad at their own management than they are at customers.

I begun to play Elite Dangerous at release day Dec 16 in 2014 and since then spend over 52 weeks playing according to my in game stats, so beside all the bugs'n errors I had to face during play you obviously made something right. :)

Hi Zac, I have been stuck in the Apex bug (ring planet) for 5 days. I have tried the option to "recover from Orbit" from horizon and it still does not work. I have sent email to frontier support to reposition me. Do you think you can help me and other cmdr in the same situation to speed up the reposition of cmdr ?
