Key product problem.

Dear creators of this game, i wanted to play in your's game, , bought a steam key, download game, registered in your's frontierstore.net, and prepared for a wonderful and exciting journey in a cold space, BUT on my frontier acc have been registred only demo version. I tryed to figuer how to fixed it by my self and didn't do it. And know i hawe 4 houres in this butiful game. But i didn't whant to refront it and i still whant to play in this game, so please help me.((( I tried to log out from computer in a game louncher, tried to make a differend account, tried to reinstail game, tried to reinstail windows, it dosen't work. Waiting for an answer

Have you connected your Product Key with your Frontier account? Login at frontierstore.net, make sure your Account has a billing address, go to my Account and go to Product Access Key. Enter the Key there and you should be fine.

I bought a de lux eddison in steam. I have only 1 key that takes 3 cells. My steam account is connected with my frotier acc. In my "MY KEY PURCHASES"? There is no folder that i could fill. Something wrong with my site page or i'm blind. Lead me where i can enter it.

1. the Deluxe Versions has three keys. One for the Game, One for the Horizons Season Update and One for the paintjobs. Go to your steam Library and rightclick Elite dangerous.
2. Click on "Show product key" there you will find the there keys you need. Log into your frontierstore Account, go to "my Account" and somewhere almost at the bottom click "Product Access Key". NOT "MY KEY PURCHASES" Again it´s "PRODUCT ACCESS KEY" this is where you have to redeem all three of the keys in order to get all what you payed for.

i know that i'm annoying, I'm sorry, i'm blind and i can't find this option in steam.

Another question is, where did you buy your Game Key? Steam directly or maybe some sort of shady Key reseller Website?

From the side site but steam shows me that i have this game and dlc. Besides, i didn't see this link on all my games

I'm sorry. I didn't want to annoy you, Honey, i didn't think thet thet information will help you. Well, i bought it on Dragon_ball_games.ru. If it will be a pirat wersion steam would shouse me thet i'm playing space pirates, but it doesn't. And, besides, all of my games in steam doesn't have this link. Maby there is some sorte of tune-up button on steam? And my friend just tell me that ED went over on non key sistem. Maybe the matter is in thet i am from Belarus.

I don´t know Bro but please don´t call me Honey! But you bought the key from a Key reseller. Steam doesn´t show you the Keys you need. This seems to be a problem on Steam and not on Frontiers side. Sry but all my Games in Steam show me the Keys, so i can´t help you any further.

I´m sorry man. But i could be wrong and there is something else going on. Here on this thread are two people with the same problem. maybe you can find a solution there.

My friends bought this game on steam and they doesn't have that link too and on frontier the have only mark abot steam conection, but they could play

Ok let´s go through the process again.
Buy the game.
Activate on steam.
Create the frontier account.
Confrim via EMail???
Redeem Keys from Steam on Frontier

Maybe if you start the Demo, the Steam Overlay Shows you the Keys?
