Fastest Way to get your account so support doesn't have to send you multiple messages which can literally add days to their response is to Contact frontier support and send them a screenshot of both your Elite Dangerous game in your steam library and a picture of your receipt for your purchased ED game key as well. After that support will update your account with full ED game key along with the oculus game key. And be sure to tell them you followed the login to steam from the launcher procedure too as well because that is the first thing they will tell you
