I have an ancient MS sidewinder precision pro; if it's not too much trouble could you add it in? it's an older version of this one:

so if you have the hwid's for any of the MS sidewinder range already in the system it'd do just as well to be copied across, they all had roughly the same layout. I couldn't find a useable pic for my particular model.

They obv don't make 'em like that anymore, i think it first seen service for x-wing alliance and is still in working order.

And of course, no biggie if it's not possible. Having the keyboard binds available is already very useful in itself.

I have used this a while now, i love it, what a great and useful tool.
Just one thing though maybe you coud add.

If you notice the 2 blank boxes, one is for the wheel at the back of the throttle, programmed for sub targets + /-, and the other is for the mouse which i use in the maps, and the click button in game for my auto docking macro, any chance of having these recognised. I have some other macro's in the saitek software too, but i suppose these cannot be set to be shown.

Also the target ahead blue button is mapping wrong, that is set to chaff in game, not target ahead as well, which is on the hat, shown correctly.

If not never mnd though, it is quite easy to open in MS paint and add \ change them.

The commands you mention look like they are mapped through the Saitek software. There's nothing I can do about them as they aren't shown in the binds file. If you can map the commands natively (i.e. in the Elite Dangerous configuration) then I can pick them up, but otherwise I'm afraid you're out of luck.

The target ahead mapping shown on the blue button is for the SRV. You can turn off showing the SRV bindings, or alternatively show them as a different colour, on the same page you enter your binds file.

I can't find enough information on this to be able to map the bindings correctly I'm afraid. I'll keep an eye out and if enough people submit their bindings I should be able to work out which buttons map to what.

Hello, could you please add Ipega9023 support please? https://www.latestgadget.com.ph/ima...ic Controller GamePad - Black 2-1700x1700.jpg
Please note that all buttons are working and usable by the game

Could you send in your binds file to the mapper and let me know the reference so that I can take a look ? Thanks.

Generally they're bound to the mouse, which is in the binds file but not shown in the graphic. Mouse binding would be a useful addition to the keyboard image too.

So this has been around since the middle of December, and I haven't noticed? Shame on me!

Darn brilliant job, worked very well with my T16000M and CH Pro throttle. Good reminder of just what my set up is after nearly 5 months in the void...

This will make setting up my new Cobra M5 easier too, I suspect...

I considered adding a mouse image but checked the binds and outside of the mousewheel they all seemed to be pretty much standard (LMB == primary fire, RMB == secondary fire, MMB == headlook, mouse movement controlling pitch/yaw (or roll)).

I can't map the mouse controls to HOTAS' because the mapping is in the vendor's software so don't know which controls are mapped where.

I've added this stick but am not 100% that the layout fits the template you linked. Please could you give it a go and see if it matches your configuration? Thanks.

Thanks for adding the Cobra M5. I just tried it (new reference ID "crfgxs"), and the button assignments appear correct except that the entries should all be on the NAV lines rather than BVR lines. In Window's joystick properties window, the red button on the left of the joystick registers as button 3 when the switch is set to the NAV position. When the switch is in the BVR position, the same button is button 10. When set to VIS, it's 17. Therefore, it appears NAV is M1 on the button layout image I linked to before. BVR should be M2, and VIS, M3. I hope my feedback helps.

On a slightly different topic, would it be possible for your webapp to show the CH Products Pro Throttle separately of the CH Products Fighterstick joystick? Currently, the Fighterstick shows whether it's present or not. Since the throttle is only sold separately, not part of a kit, it would make sense to display it separately. Indeed, CH Products themselves have a few different joystick offerings that can be paired with their throttle.

I've altered the code to use the modes as you suggest above; please upload your binds again and see if they work out better now.

My original plan was to restrict each stick and throttle to half a page, allowing for any combination, but to do so ended up with some items having lots of whitespace around them and others not having enough room for all of the required boxes. I did consider splitting the CH throttle and sticks on to their own pages but I don't think that this would give any benefit and would just result in more pages for those that had both products.

It worked out perfectly (reference ID "rakqav"). I moved the bindings and added new functions across modes, and they are showing correctly.

Thanks!

No problem. Thanks for being so open to feedback and creating such a useful tool.

..and if we could modify the binding within your cool site, it would be godlike^^

but for now, is it possible to show which buttons are NOT used? this would make more easy to plan a new Keyboard layout.

Firstly great tool.

But a small question - I use a T.Flight Hotas X Stick and if i ask it to "Use colours to show different modifiers" I get this generated reference Sheet (http://www.mcdee.net/elite/binds/psahjq) which shows Modifier 1 in Red and Modifier 2 in Green the problem being all the controls shown in green are associated with Modifier 1 Red and all the controls shown in Blue are associated with Modifier 2 which is Green. You can possibly see the confusion here.

if i use the option "Use colours to show different types of control" or "Don't use colours" it shows the correct use of the modifiers (the little (1) or (2) after the control) this method is fine but in the heat of the battle it is kind of easier to match color to modifier instead of trying to remember which modifier is (1) or (2). http://www.mcdee.net/elite/binds/vzmxgs

Thank you in advance CMDR Freespirit.

That's a very good point, and I'm surprised that this is the first time that it's been pointed out. I've fixed this in the code so that the colour of the modifier name should match the colour of the modified commands. Give it another shot and see if it looks better now.
