Just installed VA and KICS4. Absolutely awesome! However, when I request a radio channel (Wasp radio for instance) I am taken out of the game to desktop, media player opens, and then the station plays. It does not put me back in the game and I have no volume control. I also have VLC installed per the website, but I assume that is just for youtube playlists. What am I doing wrong?
One other quick question. Can VA be opened automatically when ED is opened?

Now do these various voice attack profiles come with the commands loaded or will I have to program it?
The commands are loaded already. You can tweak then as you need though.
The account seems to be suspended for KICS 4. Any of you guys know where I can download it from? Or would one of you be good enough to upload to zippyshare or some other file sharing service and PM me the link please?

is there instructions somewhere as to how to install this?
extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceAttack\Sounds\hcspack. then copy or cut vap file and put it in VA/sounds/hcspack/profiles. then open VA and import it.
Looks like you need to spend some time training your speech engine.
I am not sure if you managed to sort this out. But it could be a couple of things. The new Kics4 has the keys mirrored from Elite Dangerous and placed directly in the Kics profile - so long as you used the instructions provided here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q10yU0NSNIQ&ab_channel=RipleyGalactic
this is to allow increased response times when voicing your commands.
It is defiantly possible that the set key commands in Kics do not match elite dangerous commands and this might be why the commands are not working.
A simple way to tell if this is the case is:
open elite - go to options and controls. then have a look at the binding that is not working.. say it was your 'Booster' find what key is bound to it.
then open Kics 4 elite dangerous profile in Voice Attack and edit the profile.. the new layout is the commands are in group order now. one of the groups is called Kiy Bindings. open that up and find you binding for Boost (i think the default setting is 'flight miscellaneous - 2. Engine Boost' if i remember rightly?? you can double click on this binding and see if it matches you ED control binding.
For instance, If i had TAB mapped to my ED control binding for boost and i had LEFT SHIFT as the binding in KICS then they would not match and so would not work.

Is there a way to print the commands from Voice Attack? Or a list of them somewhere. There are so many I forget them.
You could open voice attack and export profile you get to the saving file part change the file type to html. Then untick all options other than spoken commands.
Save the file to a location you can remember and open it as a web page
