Kill/Retire Dinosaurs

As long as tranquilizing and selling animals for money is a viable option, killing them would be completely redundant... not to mention pointless...

The idea has always been that lethal is faster than non-lethal for urgent situations, even true of several zoos (RIP Harambe).

The real reason this might be pointless is the fact the people from the first game were basically faceless, with no reason to really care about them individually and no real penalties for their deaths.

I don't see how unique guests would change anything though... even the first game had penalties for letting the faceless nobodies get eaten...

If the idea is to save people, they have to be framed as worth saving.

Penalties also include more than money, JPOG had a sound and red notification stating how much you lost every time a guest died. As it is with JWE1, there's no communication of that at all, you haemorrhage money when dinos are out of containment, but the guests aren't really part of that equation.

Hi all!

We don't have anything to announce about using lethal force against your dinosaurs. They're expensive assets, after all! Your Capture Teams will tranquilise them when they escape so they can be brought back to their pens.
