Laggy Shop - Please fix this

Hi,

So it seams like 0 communication ad this point from team planet zoo, they did a maintenence the other day to and after this the shop has bin slugish, you got to spam click things before it reacts, you got wait ages, right now franchise is unplayeble aint even joking it's not something you can play if you wanna use the animal market in any way, besides just buying what's in your view, filters react badly, listings badly, and heeey we apperently just gotta live with it?? Why aint Team Planet Zoo, making a post about this issue? why aint they confirming there is an issue? all this silence just makes us feel ignored, or it's our computer it's wrong with, but it's not it the system, please fix this, since it's something that will loose you players in the end, peopel will refund over an issue like this, heck if i could i would proberly refund to right now, because it's in this state, i love the game love most of the things, but when a core part like the animal trading center/shop or what ever it should be called, is in a state where it can barlly be used it kills alot of ones patience with the game.
