Land Expansion and Loans

Not Sure if this will be in the game but i would like the ability to

1. Sell Shares in my park to gain money
2. have a line of credit(loans)
3. Be Abel to Buy New land to Expand

Land expansion would be quite nice, though im not sure how hard it would be to implement.
