Nope not at all, players seem to be under the impression that every ship should be able to do everything, well i like that ED makes you make choices.
If you want to land on outposts have a smaller ship you can use, if you are in a big ship and just clicked through accepting missions without checking the destination well that's tough, take the time to check things out that's part of the game, it's not supposed to be a mad, rushed clickfest it's for thinkers.
