So new week to do my base running for my mefw's and cifw for engineering and i noticed now there is a trespass zone in a radius at 1km away grom the bases.. is this intended now? If it is fine i can do the runs easily, but having turrets outside the walls and skimmers shooting you while scaling the walls to get in seems a bit eccessive.. anyone else notice this?

"Excessive" is the leading word for FDEVs when it comes to design obstacles and requirements needed to achieve anything. And, by title, it's meant to be "dangerous" where "dangerous" actually means transporting a fragile egg (one at a time ofc) while your pants are on fire, on cracking ice with crocodiles underneath and helicopters firing rockets at you. All on short timers. When you have to buy the egg first but the store is out of stock.

I've noticed the trespass zone of Ozanne Observatory is now over 2.5km radius after the 3.0.3 update. Before that it was probably only around .5 radius. I don't think the devs realized this happened.
+++ is the size indicator. The bit that actually says Low, Med, High - that's the security level.
So Ozanne Observatory is in EDDB a Medium Security and ++ Size
So what we need to do is find a Low Security ++ size and a High Security ++ size
How do the Trespass zones compare
I wouldn't be surprised if the trespass zone is a based on Security and size
