Discussion Lat / Lon Navigation Landing App For Ship - Is There Such An App?

I was wondering if anyone had made an app for use to target a planet then enter lat / lon coordinates and have a maker appear that you could use to guide your ship to landing.

I can land at a lat / lon on a planet, it just takes me awhile.
