To all working with and for the project of F1 manager 2022. I will try to maintain a positive attitude towards your ineptitude you are displaying with making this game and the way your public channels are treating your paying customers.
First you release a game that is clearly not 100% polished, which regrettably is the norm for the gaming industries nowadays, so we apparently can let that slide and to be frank, with ll its quirks F1 Manager, at least on pc, was enjoyable.
After a while some errors in your game design to stick out in a negative way and we, as paying customers have helped you point the finger to the occurring problems by going through your bug/report thread on the website.
Furthermore, with the current Discord Channel dedicated to communicating with the player base as only platform, there have been a lot of issues. Administrators are not adept at their jobs because of the poor communication. The last straw of their inadequacies was their statement about Frontier stopping updates based on player feedback, which they have had to backtrack on harder than anything ever seen before.
Which brings me to my last point.. your latest update where you replaced nose models of the cars, but have completely missed the dents in the models itself and going through the gamefiles we have noticed your materialmaskfiles have not been updated to the newest models at all, which is a disgrace on itself.
We have received a thirdrate 'update' and you are hoping we will wait quietly until 2023 to buy your next iteration of the game.
But unless you make a dedicated effort to your customers to at least take us a little serious, we will make it our solemn job to make sure we will warn consumers about your disgraceful "effort" and to warn them before buying anymore products coming out regarding the F1 Manager project.
