Launcher connection issue

Hello all!
Yesterday when i run the EDlauncher it says me this:

So i decided to reinstall the launcher and whole game. I downloaded and installed a new launcher. After installation im pushed INSTALL in the launcher's window, but get the same message.
Im googled about that issue and find some attempts to solve this problem. I.e. ipconfig flushdns and other. But all this are pointless. The launcher can't connect to the server. I've disabled any of Windows defenders and firewalls, but it still same.. Can someone help?

before uninstalling reinstalling you should check if the servers are up and ok
there have been sporadic outages since the update
if your game was ok then all of a sudden stops working reinstalling will seldom fix things and is more than probably a server fault

suggestion

this is what you need to find and clear basically via the edge browser

Thank you kindly for advice. I'll try this.
But i don't see, what does the browser have to do with this? i've always thought these settings only affect the browser and internet surfing?

OS its all just windows 7 with bell's on imo

when you cut trough all the sound shenanigans for eg what are you left with
