Select Properties
Select Compatibility Tab > Change high DPI settings
Check the box "Use this setting to fix scaling problems..."
In the box "Use the DPI that's set for my main display when" set to "I open this program"
In the "High DPI scaling override box " select the check box and set to "System"
Select ok
Select apply
Select ok
Don't forget to thank this guy for giving us the idea!Most problems with the launcher are problems with IE settings, because the launcher uses MSHTML.dll (the Trident browser engine than is also used for IE) to display most of what it shows.
Anyway, on Windows 10 you can disable scaling selectively for each app by setting it's compatibility properties.
