Launcher window looks wrong

I just got a new screen, with different pixel count & aspect ratio.
Now my launcher screen looks wrong.

Just as well I'm still signed in.
I've updated screen size in Options > Layout, so the main game is OK, but this section ...

p.s. I'd raise a ticket, but hunting that section of FDev's site is a pain.

Following @Zieman 's suggestion above, somehow I activated Steam's desktop.
Dealing with that I found another way of dealing with EDLaunch - details here:

Fixed it for me, by locating "EDLaunch.exe" > open Context Menu (with right mouse button) > "Properties" pops up > switch to "Compatibility" tab > press "Change high DPI settings" button in the new pop-up > tick (enable) "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and change "Scaling performed by:"...
