For those of you who don't know, Leonard Nimoy who played Mr Spock in the iconic tv serise/films Star Trek passed away yesterday 27.02.2015

I for one would like to see him immortalized in Elite: Dangerous for having such a large impact to the Sci-Fi scene and will do for generations to come.

Would having a planet "Vulcan" and a star port called "Nimoy's Rest" (or something along those lines) be out of the question?

LOLz i said that one earlier about calling it Nimoy's Rest when i started a request before it was placed in here a few post's back , glad to see someone else had a good choice in name for it as well

Change the station in LHS 3006 around the planet Vulcan instead

Move the planet Vulcan so that it orbits the correct star (40 Eridani A) and place a station there and that should keep all the Star Trek fans (me included ) very happy I think.
