Sounds a bit like when people keep insisting, that all the players that own it, deem it as being useless.

That is the issue, with humans, not being able to see, or accept the facts. They then fixate on falsehoods and it then becomes the norm, to them.

In future, Frontier, David, make something free for people stupid enough to give you maximum money for something they haven't a clue what they're getting, and then anyone who misses your little press button for food time-sensitive demands, can pay for it.

Well you say that: As i have said over the years; I thought it was. The first add said, get a free Cobra IV. When the game came out, in fact, I think I was asking the question during the beta. Where is my 'free cobra IV'?

People soon put me right and the ministry of truth had, 'adjusted' (in my own opinion) the sales pitch, but back in the day. I genuinely believed, it would be free.

Just shows us, that we are all fallible.

The way I see this. Me and you are just customers. I dont think frontier owe us anything. Sorry that they said the ship was free but then the ship wasn't free. It sucks, it also sucks fdev write such silly things as "forever." People invest time and energy into video games. I dont like "exclusive." I get it for "you helped swash the bugs in the which head so have this paint and decal." that promotes player experience and engagement.. and bragging rights.

Locking players out of tools of the games namesake. Makes me sad. Gis me ship

Well, I have access to it, I find it useful, and I still wish that everyone could buy it.
