..AKA the undead community who've patiently waited 20-odd years for a sequel to a game that ED just can't hold a candle to.. but who continue to hang around waiting, as they ever have..

Maybe the twenty year wait is one of the reasons some of us really enjoy ED despite it's little idiosyncrasies.

I can't change the game, so I don't try or worry about it.

Certain shower scenes come to mind... And in these, you're always on the "wrong side" of said translucent barrier ^_^ ;-)

You know, if, instead people who disagreed with the criticisms stopped labelling such people as 'undead', 'haters' 'salty' etc, they'd notice that virtually ALL of them have a common theme. If there is a common theme, that means there is a consensus. If there is a consensus, that usually means that it is a valid criticism.

And from what I can see, pretty much everyone WANTS things to improve, and so sticks around in the hopes that it will. And, as the saying goes, I paid the entrance fee, so I'm entitled to say what I think.

If everyone just had random gripes about various unimportant things, then it would be different. But that clearly isn't the case here.

And if the same people would stop refering to those who disagree with their criticism as white knights or fanboys actual discusion might break out.

It is equally valid not to agree with those criticisms since they're all subjective.

And I disagree about a consensus. If there was a consensus, there wouldn't be a discussion. It's not defined as: those who agree with my take agree.
