Lets test this persistent universe and see if FD are true to their word.

yeah the galnet is tightly scripted by the devs, until they create a procedural system. I think the meat on the bones of the galnet feed is light, its more like a skeleton than a full body

I am happy today. I made a couple of missions, I was here when we hit 60%, and plus the CSG now considers me an ally. Awesome day.

((by doing cargo routes of >80 light years, by the way))

same problem up in mikunn no agricultural colonies nearby. Just hoping the devs add agriculatural stations :) perhaps smaller production but with outposts supposed to grow over time one can remain hopeful

My theory of the day:
Stations grow into bigger stuff.
Extraction => Industrial
Refinery => High Tech
Terraforming => Agricultural

I was hit by the dreaded Asp curse tonight! Started the game and launched the ship in Knight Dock. The game seemed to have wiped my controls. I hovered near the station entrance. I reached for the mouse and the ship moved and lurched. I tipped one of the buttons by mistake and my brand new beam laser fired!...

You can guess the rest...

I was powerless and couldn't move.

Luckily I had just enough to cover the insurance but lost my new beam laser (that was the only time it was ever fired(250,000cr)) and my size 6 cargo bay (350,000cr). I am now 200,000cr in debt and scratching credits with a 20 ton cargo bay! All in all including cargo I lost about 1,000,000cr.

Be careful out there. I see a lot of new names floating around in the Lugh system and this whole thing smells of an LFE plot. They must have spies in Knight Dock tampering with ships :(

I am going to make them pay for this!

We should organise a cargo drop to get you back up and running! Will see if I spot you tomorrow

I'm up for this. Just got back to Lugh after a long hiatus and did a couple of Crimson State missions. But even though some were weapon delivery missions, they all apparently caused civil unrest to go down... Did I screw up?

I love how I am supposed to kill 3 authority vessels for a mission, and after killing 26 of them I finally complete the mission. Totally unacceptable. I can't believe it took that long and that many guys to register 3 simple kills. I killed 3 system authorities as soon as I entered the system, just went tot the nav beacon and started firing.... meanwhile it takes 26 kills of system authority vessels to register the 3 needed to complete the mission. Sorry a little off topic but I was pretty mad about it.

I have noticed 'local authority' and 'internal security' and likely some others (depending on the system). so it might be that you shot 23 of the wrong one. still a nice little bounty on your head for doing the dirty work I bet, good show!

Update

Crimson State Group 60.7%
Lugh for Equality 36.3%
Dominion of Lugh 0.3%
Lugh Defence Force 2.4%
Silver Natural 0.3%

Still moving rather slowly but in a positive direction.

Crush them....

No I am not int he same system. There are only system authority ships in the system I was attacking. That is actually the first thing I thought of. Then I started making sure by looking in contacts menu to see there faction.

CSG had me running all over the stars within 20 ly of Lugh this morning, but it was nice to visit some different stars for a change. On the other hand, having nearly all my missions for goods available at Hill Pa Hsi made for a really efficient day yesterday.

Apparently, I'd managed to get enough rep with the Federation outside of Lugh yesterday that they were willing to trust me with a single fetch mission... which of course I betrayed.

The good news is I'm seeing more and more requests by the CSG for non-lethal weapons at Hartsfield Market. There's usually at least one request for covert aide lately. The bad news is I'm seeing the same requests from LFE at Balandin Gateway.

edit: Hill Pa Hsi, not Ho Pa Hsi... I got it confused with another system

Yes there are overall lots of non-lethal missions today in lugh. I collected six of them for CSG in the last two hours (i hand them always in at once).
