I think not all sessional data from the client is reaching the servers and vise versa this could explian a wide range of issues
Lets test this persistent universe and see if FD are true to their word.

so any erm chnages today in CSG situation
Be very careful with slaves (!) - doing missions involving them for CSG can actually cause a reduction in influence. Not sure whether the corollary of that is that you should do those missions for LFE though! We've also pondered whether selling illegal things on the black markets of the LFE stations would be a good thing but I don't think we came to a conclusion on that.
Search for Codorain (nearest Empire system) right next door is a system called Mo something, anarchy the 2 or third outpost has slaves.

seems outside fo a few selected event systems that a lot of the automatic subtle shifts that can be fired are stuck. Wont say where but those 2 game breaking bugs havent been fixed yet
Incoming version 1.05 fixes, here's what's (possibly) relevant:
Nothing of major interest there, but I guess we're more interested in server-side changes.
- Fixed some system meta data mismatches between client and server
- Correct reputation on abandon branch of pirate missions
- Fix salvage mission branching
- Change order of mission contracts in massacre missions
- Change data that is displayed to players in massacre missions

I've decided to go and explore the coalsack nebula. Will selling exploration data to CSG help the cause?
Just came home from an endless shift and checked current stats.
Seems we lost ground again since my last update yesterday.
CSG Current State BOOM and Pending States BOOM (with blue pointer up) and CIVIL WAR.
LFE Pending States BOOM CRITICAL (with blue pointer up).
LDF Pending States CIVIL WAR.
Crimson State Group 66.3% (- 0.5% )
Lugh for Equality 31.7% ( + 0.6% )
Lugh Defence Force 1.4% ( - 0.1% )
Silver Natural 0.3%
Dominion of Lugh 0.3%

Sorry for being missing...RL interjected the last few days. Well, our endeavor is back in the news! So many people coming through the system helping out! Thanks everyone! As has been posted earlier, please be sure to read the first post of Oferboy's so you know how to help! Consistency is the word of the day. Do the correct things, rinse, repeat. I agree with Oferboy, these are competitive times, mistakes occur, and the Fed are being consciously bolstered by supporters. The former is ok, it happens..just limit them, understand the goals and the way we want to get there.
As for the latter, if you can get a name..PM them to Ofer or myself. We will check into the issue. If someone isn't helping Crimson, they are probably hurting our poor folks on planet. We will try to discuss the issue with them and help them understand that we are only in this for Lugh...and the children.
Again folks, thanks for ALL your help. Everybody has been working tirelessly (well we ain't flying trucks now are we?
) to reach our goal of an Independent Lugh! As we leave the thickets of the unkown, we have clearer paths before us bringing us a clearer field of battle. Onwards, bask in the freeing light of Lugh, and may his Mighty Spear guide your aim!

That is better than what I had seen this morning where it was 65.5% for CSG. My guess is there are now random visitors to Lugh. They are doing stuff and don't care what. New players not from the forum investigating the News thread and looking for something to do. My guess is we will see bumps for about a week until they get bored and investigate the next thing. Until then we will just have to work hard and ride it out.
Concerted effort against us would be noticed on the forum. It would be impossible to run something like that through pMs for the number of players required. I am guessing those Type 9's and Anacondas are making a dent in us. What we need is a few players to join our cause and bring their Pythons, Type 9's and Anacondas to the party to counter this.
So I am appealing to any players reading this with big ships, if you want to be a hero then now is your chance! We need you! I ask you to join our cause and help us stop these guys.

I did 8 missions before the patch, going to continue once I've downloaded it.

I'd guess that most of the people not in league with us are doing missions for the federation to boost their rep with them. At least I did when I did missions randomly elsewhere (for the Empire though).

We've been seeing that for a long time now - it's still there but just not being displayed correctly!
