You know what? So much for LYR. I just joined their discord server, but instead of getting the help I was looking for, I was told I had to pledge before they would give me any information at all, and I wasn't even allowed to see their #powerplay channel. Instead of answering the one question I asked, I was badgered with questions about how many LYR reddit sites I've seen.
If that's how LYR people act, screw LYR.
Neither of those sites list system fortification or preparation progress, afaict.
I didn't even know we had a Trello (or what that is even) nobody uses Reddit anymore, we use Discord and to get our priority information on what to do, all you have to do is provide a screenshot of your pledge status, of which you were informed, if that is either too complicated or too bothersome for you we really don't need your "help". Have a super day.

You were given a link to this google document that shows the priority list, and you replied "I've seen that doc sheet already. Afaict, it doesn't list a single system, much less fortify or preparation progress." It lists five priority fortification systems, plus a prep system. It's true that it doesn't list progress. For that we ask that people pledge and prove their status, for similar reasons to those mentioned by Maka Gucci. You know what? So much for LYR. They are not going to give out cycle priorities in public.
Seems a reasonable and easy request to comply with.
Kumo do the same.

If you think putting a screenshot of your right panel into discord is too much of a PITA for you to bother with, then just get your module and get lost. No one who is actually legitimately interested in Powerplay should think that is too much work. If you can't be bothered by such a simple request, you honestly aren't going to like the repetitive and nitpicky nature of how PP works, and wouldn't be a productive member of the community anyway. Not when you are only going to stay for a few weeks, total.
Proving a temporary loyalty seems really silly, when in a few days people will be joining another power anyhow.
It just makes it a PITA for people only interested in the modules to find any information.

On the other side of the coin, people who can't be bothered to show a screenshot of their right panel have demonstrated their low desire for being productive, and if they can't even muster the willpower to show a screenshot they 99% aren't going to be motivated enough to even be an be an effective element of 5C. So the idea that it should be made public just so that low-effort module shoppers can actually be productive and not accidentally contribute to 5C is a weak argument.
This guy wanted to see a big formatted spreadsheet of prep & fort numbers to make up his mind about what power he wanted to join. Disregarding the fact that the info would already be available to him in-game if he expended any amount of effort to look at it (arguably even more effort than just giving us a screenshot), it's a suspicious request to begin with. What bearing would fort and prep numbers possibly have on a normal decision about joining a power? It's silly. "Oh, LYR has 10k preps on Kalak? Sign me up, that's all I really wanted to know!!!"![]()
No one is suggesting everything be made public.
Strawman much?
In this response, you've stated that a module shopper having to prove their loyalty is silly because it's too much of a PITA for them to go through the proper channels to gain access to info. Not when you are only going to stay for a few weeks, total.

Providing a screenshot of your pledge status is such a low-effort task that the only way it were easier would be for the info to be public.
So, just because you forgot what your argument was doesn't make my reply a strawman.
If you like tangents I can continue on by saying we shouldn't forget that the info about fort/prep numbers is already public because it's in the game. It's just not formatted to be digested in 30 seconds by someone who wants to put forth as little effort as possible.
