List of things you can fix by relogging

Let's have a nice little thread explaining all the various things you can fix by relogging.

1. Invisible cargo - When players buy cargo from carriers, they often experience invisible cargo.
2. Fines - When players get fines, sometimes you need to relog for them to be allowed to be paid off, sometimes you paid them but you're still wanted, sometimes launching horizons is the answer.
3. Faction reputation not increasing - self explanatory
4. Multicrew - Sometimes multicrew just refuses to work. There are two workarounds, one is to relog, the other is to set a multicrew activity and let your friend join, hoping they end up on the right ship.
5. Disjointed camera. Every now and then, the game gets 'stuck' with your view set to external cam somewhere randomly. This happens a lot in carriers when accepting team invites. One fix it to disembark (you can't see the option so just hit down twice and spacebar) or to relog. If you jump like this, you'll be promptly crashed to desktop. The other flavour of this is when you undock and the camera stays fixed, whilst your ship is free to move. (you can't actually see your ship) This MUST be fixed by relogging.
6. Joining solo mode. This can be fixed by relogging and choosing Open or PG.

Disappearing/visually bugged rings.

Sometimes... and I have no idea why this happens... planetary rings glitch out for me. If I'm core mining, then leave and come back, the rings disappear and only start to display when I get very close to them. On top of that, hotspots disappear completely.

Relog fixes this annoying little bug.

It would be interesting to see if Help and Info / Stuck Recovery would work for some of these besides on foot and SRV issues.
It's sort of an official Frontier relog light!

Pretty much every mission where something is supposed to spawn somewhere to allow completion but doesn't.

7. Instancing with someone nasty. Just block and relog. ;-)

Absolutely anything that needs to update.

Engineer unlock not showing but you've done all the stuff? Log off and on.
Bounty not showing so you can't pay it off? Log off and on.
Naval mission not appearing? Log off and on.
Mission reward is missing or incomplete? Log off and on.
Can't scan a plant that should be scannable? Log off and on.
Didn't get paid what you expected from turning in Cartographic data? Log off and on.
etc.
etc.
forever, it seems.

Don't forget about the chat disappearing (like the squad comm chat) or locking, the frequency of the issue (=lock in particular) has been some how reduced with recent releases.
