Thorny devils are surprisingly quite rare in zoos, even in Australia IIRC.

Here's my take on a "Lizard Pack"; naturally, if it's majority exhibit animals, I think it should be bigger than a normal pack, so I'm going with eight exhibit animals and two habitat animals.
  • Argentinian black and white tegu (H).
  • Emerald tree monitor (H).
  • Frilled lizard (E).
  • Tokay gecko (E).
  • Panther chameleon (E).
  • Madagascar day gecko (E).
  • Fiji banded iguana (E).
  • Mexican alligator lizard (E).
  • Plumed basilisk (E).
  • Central bearded dragon (E).

I would absolutely love more lizards! Exchanging 3 habitat animals for 5 more exhibit animals, I'd go for a roster like:
  1. Rhinoceros Iguana
  2. Northern Caiman Lizard
  3. Crocodile Monitor
  4. Perentie
  5. Tokay Gecko [E]
  6. Giant Girdled Lizard [E]
  7. Sheltopusik [E]
  8. Plumed Basilisk [E]
  9. Veiled Chameleon [E]
  10. Frilled Lizard [E]
I think there's more reasons that the rhinoceros iguana should be a habitat animal than the two exhibit species we currently have in game (more terrestrial, usually kept in large habitats, etc) so I'm including it as a habitat species here. I also chose the perentie over the lace monitor, despite the latter being much more widespread in zoos, because it contrasts better with having the crocodile monitor in the same pack (an arboreal tropical species and a terrestrial desert species as opposed to two arboreal species that extend into the tropics).

I'd also love an equivalent pack for snakes, but made up entirely of exhibits instead - even things like green anacondas and reticulated pythons would work much better as exhibit animals.
