Locations of Capital Ships in Elite: Dangerous

I am making this thread to provide answers to probably a lot of players question, where is a capital ship? If there are people like me who really want to see a capital ship(in the game not just in YT videos or at Sol) then please by all means post your findings here in this thread, THANK YOU:D. Please post your findings with the following info:

Name of the ship:

Location of the ship(E.G: System and Intensity Zone):

and How Long it has been there if at all possible:

Make sure to include the name of the ship. As far as I know, each ship has a unique name (visible in contacts and on the side of the ship in big letters)

Yes, that would be also helpful with figuring out where they are. You would think the Fed and Empire would have tons of ships around especially at the borders of another faction to try and take over but NOPE.

Never seen even 1 since release last Dec. Why make them so illusive. No point in missing out on it and if you go chasing rainbows you keep chasing!

Plenty of more or less static locations around.

Sol, Procyon, and Achenar almost always have at least one or two.

A significant minority of high intensitiy CZs also have them.

Yes there is the one around Earth, Achenar, Procyon but my quest is to find those not in those areas but rather those in the High intensity CZ's and also to provide info for anybody else that wants to see these.

Found one!

System: Bodiono
Planet: Bodiono A 4
Conflict Zone: High Intensity

It's a Farragut-Class Battlecruiser! I just found it today, and boy was I excited when I heard "Capital Class signature detected"!

I (quite literally) bumped into the Interdictor a week or so ago. I wanted to take a few screenshots but was told to 'back away commander.' I didn't hang around to be asked again.

I ran into a Farragut-class yesterday in Adria - unfortunately I'm aligning myself to the non-Federation combatants so it made for a worrying experience!

(Combat's over there now, though.)

Last night, this Imperial Capital Ship materialized ... amazing sight; no name visible though. Fortunately, it arrived on the same side I had chosen. But it still warned me I was too close and "had no authority to be close to the ship."

Here's a trick - follow the Galnet posts for systems at war/civil war. Find one where one side is Fed or Imp, against an independent faction. Go there and drop in a high intensity CZ.
One time or another, you will hit a Cap Ship. If one jumps in, then one will jump into which ever high CZ you visit in that system.

The problem with asking for people to post where they're at, is that they tend to turn up just for one day/tick. So if you don't see the post in time, it'll be gone.
