Logged in, says Hello (and gives my name) This account is not associated, etc....

It must be spring cleaning time.

I just logged in, it says I have to redeem a code. Clicked copy (it copies a code to the clipboard) then click redeem and follow instructions (asks for e-mail address and my password. Says to enter the code (which is already there with spaces between the characters - no dashes). Clicked "not a robot" but then it says this code has already been used.

Just not my day to play, I guess.

EDIT: Ok, just shut down steam and started everything again from scratch. Now it says "hello!!" and the Play button.

Odd - never had that happen before.

I had this exact thing happen to me a few days after 3.0 landed.

It went away just as inexplicably when I simply restarted my computer.
