Logged in to Find Credits Missing and Ship back to Stock

Logged out last night with my Cutter in the hanger. Came to play a little this afternoon to find over $203 million credits missing and my Cutter has been returned to stock. None of the missing modules are in storage, either.

I submitted a ticket but was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this today?

Never heard of such a thing! :eek:

Obviously your account isn't being accessed properly. I wonder if this might have something to do with the upcoming Beta?

They always spawn off our accounts a few days before the Beta drops and we use that CLONE to play the Beta with. While Monday seems a bit early, you never know. If your 203 million was a recent addition along with your upgraded Cutter, you might be getting your CLONE account delivered to your main account by mistake. ??

I am sure support will get you sorted out.

I have no doubt they will get me back to where I was. Good news I switched to another ship and then back to the Cutter and all of my modules have returned to normal. Now it's just the case of the missing cash! :cool:
 
Wow, talk about a heart starter :eek: . At least your beautiful cutter is sorted. Hope your credits are returned too.

Are you on pc? Perhaps check the player journal, it may explain things although if your cutter had modules, then didn't, then did again it sounds like something went a bit messed up. Support is definitely your answer but the log may help your case or explain things.

If any of you use the API and provided your key to Inara, you can see in the finances section what might have happened to your money.
 
What if they remove all the things you earned with smeaton missions?

We're not removing it; we just need to test it before reintroducing it back into the game. As a result you will see reduced credit rewards for Passenger Bulk missions for the time being while we find the right balance.
  2. As this is not an exploit, but a balancing matter, we won’t be removing credits from those who have earned credits in this way.
  3. Regarding 'mission board switching', we’ve passed the feedback onto the team and we'll update you when we .

And it will do so retroactively too! In other words, it doesn't matter if you weren't using the api when the cash was lost, it will import all older logs as well.
