Login Failure - Stuck in a Loop

Help!

I went to log in and get told I need to verify because of a new login from a different pc. But this is not a new pc, so I figure someone is trying to log into my account somewhere so I ask for a new password. But then it tells me I need to purchase Elite to continue...I click log on and I'm back to "we've sent you a code, check your email..."

Thanks, this got me there. Why did it suddenly decide to switch to this mode instead of the steam ...of well. I mean, I've had the account linked since day 1, it just suddenly decided to try and log me in the other way. Problem solved, thanks for the pointer
