Yes OP, infinite time, money, resources and manpower are so easy to come by these days. Hard to imagine why FD didn't just invent all the tech from the game and launch us all into space

I'm not sure exactly where my story conveyed an awful moral violation or assaulted freedom itself. I also in no way downplayed the work that the developers have put into the game. I do however feel that the full potential of this sandbox world is being squandered by the approach that has been taken. You are entitled to agree or disagree with me and i don't feel either of us are "being a brat" because we have views of how we would like to see development evolve in the future.
Successful businesses focus on negative feedback. If a business simply ignored any negative feedback about their product they wouldn't be very successful. Market research is built on this basic principle. They're not looking for what people like a about a product they want to know what people don't like about it.
Timmy pay's the admittance fee for this new playground with sandbox. It has some stuff he likes and some stuff he dislikes. He can for instance go over to another toddler, kick his teeth in and take his shovel. Except Timmybis displeased because he can only play with toddlers who want to kick the teeth in of other toddlers and not kick the teeth in of an unsuspecting baby. Like he can in another sandbox. At the end of the day Timmy goes home and writes an angry letter to the keeper of the playground and goes back to the other sandbox the next day.
Hopefully, Timmy will never get 'mature' enough to consider simplistic, repetitive gameplay like in ED good entertainment ;-)

OP wants more depth not the currently superstitious gameplay.
While i hate sounding like a ED/FD Fanboy blind to the flaws / lack of immersive content, I think it would be fair to give the Devs a breather, I played during the beta, the gamma and now v.1 the progression of the game during those months gives me high hopes for whats in store down the road...
Give em a break, and take a break from the game for a while if needed.. worked for me during the beta/gamme phase atleast.
