Diaguandri is great for ships. Ross 376 is right next to it and it has high and hazardous RES sites, with an outpost close by. It's where I do a lot of my bounty hunting. Only downside is that the outpost doesn't have resupply.

Well only one I know is Fed.

You could you the galaxy map to filter for this.
