So I've been looking for improvised components and while on my search I have found many things but not the one I am looking for (of course). One thing I cam across in ridiculous quantities are core dynamics composites and proprietary composites. Here is what you do : go in a federation system in civil unrest, go in deep space and just wait for high grade emissions to pop up (this can take a few minutes). And boom, voila, core dynamics composites and proprietary composites by the dozens... hope this serves someone...

System in Civil Unrest state - Improvised Components
System in War or Civil War state - Military Grade Alloys, Military Supercapacitors
System in Outbreak state - Pharmaceutical Isolators
System in Boom state - Proto Heat Radiators, Proto Radiolic Alloys, Proto Light Alloys (Note: PLAs can get by killing high-rank combat ships))
