Lost in space all routes are unavailable and no station for light-years

I am lost in space in the PROU MG-T C5-595 system. I cannot return home to KREIMANN and participate in the war against the Thargoids. I believe there is a bug in the game. I attempted a self-destruct to get back into the game but to no avail. There seems to be a problem with my saved file.
I have elite dangerous horizons. My account came from the first version of Elite Dangerous I hope it is not a problem of compatibility

eh thats odd so when you self destucted where did you respawn was it not the last station you visited?
maybe try the unstick option in the help section of the main menu
