LOTS of guests stuck at entrance to park

As the pics show, I have a problem with a LOT of stuck guests. This is at the entrance to the park and the pathways are 7m then branch into 6m.

I realise there are ways of creating the best flow of people traffic, but I don't think this is just my fault.

Also, any advice on a work around and fixing this in my game right now?

Edit:- I've solved my problem a bit by giving my vendor stands longer pathways up to them.

Make your paths wider, the game wouldn't be able to run my 8k visitors zoo without having at least 30m wide paths. Everyone runs into your problem as soon as your total visitors grow larger than approx 3-4k visitors.

at the time of 6k visitors and 21m wide paths. full

Ok. So basically start your zoo with the widest paths possible. Got it. Except my paths only go up to 10m.
there's only one possibility so far to have wider paths than 10m. To build in a grid (there are several path tutorials out there). But this also means no bridges, no terra forming, which includes guest paths. It's a black or white decision. Having a much nicer zoo including terra forming (working up to 1.5-2k visitors) or a larger one with paths in a grid.

Yes, build to grit and do 3 squares wide. Mine are 3x8 wide. No congestion ever. And the public will commend you for being spacious :)View attachment 153300
It's a very lovely zoo, and I do appreciate the advice - it obviously works and is the go to way of stopping the congestion issues. I'd just rather not build on a grid - we've all these lovely tools for creating beautiful places and yet they have massive restrictions in practice.

I'll have to learn to plan things better, rather than just going with the flow.

What you have there is extreme. I have only seen that on my zoo when I closed it. I reached the 8K visitors, and couldn't keep up with the litter and broken things everywhere. It was a complete mess, and I even sacked my staff. They were just to many, and not efficient.

Had the same problem yesterday.. already use 10m paths but yesterday they just got stuck.

Had around 8k but it seems you need to widen them even more in the beginning..

Closed the zoo and waited for everyone to leave.. Litter and broken things became too much...
Never had this problem with my even larger zoo..
