Yes, it comes out every Christmas, as well as a Santa and a Snowflake, I believe.
I'm getting a vague recollection of a Snowman as well... someone else can correct me on that.
But I have the Christmas Tree. Some of my ships still have it placed because I haven't used them since before Distant Worlds 2

Rip and Tear looks very nice too, but limited Arghs left on my alt account (I bought a heap earlier this month...)!
I did buy the Lunar Hunter - on my Corvette nose as we type
I also succumbed to the Skull bobblehead 
Well, last evening i got them all 5 decals
Drooling a bit over Skeleton bobble-head and, to a lesser extent, the Bat bobble-head, but i'm kinda running dry on Arxes.
Managed to almost waste the converted FrontierPoints and whatever arxes i have accumulated.
ps. the witch head will go nicely on my WHN based ships

Snowman confirmed. He's still bobbling around on my DW2 ship that's out at Beagle Point. I know I can change it out there now, but I'm thinking of returning to civilization around the holidays so he might as well stay. He's been a good companion out in the black. He doesn't talk much, but I can usually keep the conversation going anyway.

What foul necromancy is this? And nary a mention of small seismic charges! Anyway I still have my tree up in my Anaconda because the tradition is that if you don't take your decorations down on twelfth night you should leave them up all year.
