Actually, the idea that this would ever be available to the common masses as opposed to strictly regulated by the wealthy elite is just nonsense.
I mean it's a nice thought, everyone live long and happy lives for hundreds and hundreds of years. One of those fluffy feelz good things but not grounded in reality.
Probably doesn't do much to address neural degeneration, though, or even if it does the psychiatric implications are amusing.
To a surprising extent, the NAD+ /SIRT1 pathway seems to regenerate brain. But there are many other sources of trouble, like lipofuscin.

We're talking about longevity, not happiness. Increased lifespan can be utopian or dystopian depending on how it is used.
And who gets to decide that.

Let’s say you could stay as a 25-30 YO all the time but when your time is up you just died, that would be a lot better, then we keep the population as it is now, but everyone would be more active, work longer and just feel better. we actually only work a few decades and the rest of the time we really don’t do much
