Buildings & Attractions Make buildings upgrade-able .

Your Feature Request / Idea
Make upgradeable buildings. Could be contracts. Could be research. EG: Level 1 building is vanilla with two upgrade slots, but 4 upgrade options. Level 2 building has all four upgrades applied, PLUS those same 2 upgrade slots, and same upgrade options. Level two building costs vanilla PLUS 75% (100k to 175k). 2 level 3 power plants would equal 3 vanilla ones.

Not a bad idea.

I suggest changing the category from "General Gameplay" to "Buildings & Attractions".
 
Any buildings. All buildings.

Upgraded-
Viewing Center could house more people.
Bunker could as well.
Hotel could too.
And resturaunts.

Not so sure about what a higher level ACU/Ranger building would do. Maybe as simple as not allow further ACU/Ranger research until you drop some serious coin on an upgraded building?
 
There's probably a lot could be done with this. Like it.

Maybe tricks to boost or smooth out, food/drink/ents levels, at the cost of capacity .. or vice versa.
