As far as I see, the Megalodon shark looks much bigger in the Meg franchise compared to the one in JWE 2. It needs to look bigger.

Scientifically, Megalodon is far bigger than dinosaurs unlike what it looks in the game.
Hello, I don't know if you're aware of this, but in actual paleontology the size estimates for Otodus megalodon have been reduced. Was it a big animal? It was, but it's far from being huge.

It is now known that he was less than 20 m long and had a slimmer body. He wasn't as corpulent as previously thought.
