I think this would be a great addition for explorers.

Unfortunately, this would be a problem for anyone who uses the throttle of their HOTAS to control the FSS frequency. I believe there are many such people.

Yes. Allow FSS while moving. Be it in a straight line, but moving.
The FSS presented itself as the perfect thing to do while in supercruise.

That's funny, I use exit FSS to set throttle up, it does the same thing as setting throttle up on exit from FSS, just one button and it's already under my finger.

I use the WASD for movement of the FSS and SHIFT+A and SHIFT+D (tune left/right).
I bind the mouse 2 to exit the FSS.
Feel free to bind whatever button you wish to exit the FSS.
