Without even mentioning the Elephant in the Room (Lack of Thargoids when we get there)
If each station had its own UNIQUE voice overs for the controllers, some added drama here and there that made each visit a new experience overarching over the standard gameplay, that would help.
But... It is clear at this point (was clear to me with the first three) that these are "Cookie-Cutter" events. Each one identical to the last. Same controller voice for every single station. Same VO script verbatim on approach and while inside the barrel and hangar. Same process for rescue and the same for salvage.
Same, Same, Same , Same.
Now we have had enough of these to start seeing that even the station damage of each station type is pretty much identical to the last. All the Orbis stations missing a part of their habitation ring are always missing that exact same portion of that ring. Same amount gone from the same exact place.
I have visited all of these previously, but I said after the last batch that those would be my last.
This is the epitome of the old saying... "If you've seen one, you have seen them all"
While it was impressive on first encounter, once you start to see how much duplication/copy/paste is going on here, it becomes rather MEH. Which is sad since this could have been so much more dynamic than it is!
