I would catch it and release it outside.
...not before I cornered my wife with it and force her to pet it , though.
What he means is he's done that, before. More than once.![]()
the torturing of the wife.. is more of a worry than the mouse lol... i hope she picks up a bat and whacks his hands in an elaborate attempt to clobber the mouse lol...
that would be justice!! lol
Time out as opposed to Physical punishment? No, but his wife might have temporarily denied him... privileges.![]()
This might not be the place to point out I have two jack russels both of which...well they a mother and daughter team and they work very effectively together...erm, it also a more rural background where hunting has a less bad reputation among the locals...
Ye that sounds bad doesnt it? I love animals and have a cat too who would enjoy the mouse better...the dogs are trained to kills quickly whereas the cat will have some sport with them...quite grim watching how he does it sometimes when he breaks their legs and then backs off to see what they do. Of course they will eventually die, but not quickly like dogs do. Hes grumpy and sleeps about 18 hours a day and pees in the water bowl to wind the dogs up...mouse would break his day up a bit.
They dont really have what ye call a spine so ye technically cant break its neck either...crushing is more effective especially the windpipe. Easily dont in a few seconds between yer thumb and forefinger, but ye will have to hold it with yer other three fingers and those claws are sharp and carry all sorts, so hold them tight cos they will struggle...
That answer yer question?
If trapping does not work, then stop feeding the cat.imagine now the need for security, and imagine a cat whom you hope serves that purpose... but refuses to do its job...
so now the catch and release takes place.. how many times does a mouse have to come into your home.. before you recognise that your cat does not serve the purpose set for it
would you not seek to upgrade to a better cat that would do this job...
If cats were worth their weight in Gold... would you seek to pay for the best Cat that money can buy??
Security, Walls and spending is what this little test question was about![]()
Big house Spiders do my head in. I wouldn't hurt one, though. I have to do the pint glass and cardboard thing to get them out of my home. My whole body cringes. Mice don't bother me and nor do snakes (the same in a room together could be a problem, though).
Spiders, though, screw that, I'm outah here. Wish it wasn't like that, but it is. Won't harm them, though, just can't live with them.
Are you the type of individual who will shriek at the site of a mouse?? or would you find a make-shift weapon.. and clobber the mouse over the head!!??
or perhaps you're a animal lover and pick up the mouse and carry it.. out the door?
