Theres a manual?!?!
The rebuy screen is the manual.
No clue on consoles, but on PC it's in the upper left corner of the launcher.
And yeah, like many people, including me, requested for a long time now, a manual will be integrated in the game.

You have to manually update your manual.
There is, and it was written by a Spanish author, Manual d' Instructo é Spcaflyte ó Elite.
