Manually chain waypoints on galaxy map

For those of us who use external route plotters like Spansh, it would be nice if we could set waypoints that the ingame plotter would plot between. So, for example, if I wanted to go to Jackson's Lighthouse from Achenar, passing through Sirius on the way, I would only need to open the galaxy map once to plot the whole journey.

This would be a particular boon for VR players. Set up the route in flatscreen, fly it in VR.
