I hate waiting for storms to hit in sandbox mode so I can have damaged buildings to add to my abandoned InGen outpost scenery, so there should be an auto-damage button for buildings in sandbox mode. Also, flames and smoke should stop coming out of buildings after they've been damaged for a while.

Totally agree. They should also be overcome with mosses and nature after awhile for an abandoned park.
