pic showing when you finally reach there (50 jumps!!) that bulletin offers permit in unobtainable mission as you already got.

anyone know where the sector Naval ranking officer actually is hiding in this sector.
tried - all stations - contact list - allot of uss

looking like a place holder so if anyone gets their marching orders better hold fire until FD have added it ?

Same thing happened to me but with a different system. It's basically a way to get a permit to a system that isn't made very clear. I haven't had any more missions personally it's just stuck in that state of affairs for me but with a different system. I don't think there is a representative to meet.
