Mass Effect 3 Song The Catalyst in Dev Diary 3?

The Road to Odyssey Part 3 video has The Catalyst (extended cut) song of Mass Effect 3 by Sam Hulick. It starts at 1:28 until 2:51. Is this correct and did the devs get permission? If they don't have permission then they need to replace it, because Electronic Arts owns the song. Some people say this is stock music, but where is the proof? It's not an original song of Odyssey. Note: this post is due to concern for legal issues.

When Electronic Arts finds out they will use their legal team unless Fdev has permission. That is worrisome.

It's exactly the same as The Catalyst (Extended Cut Soundtrack). At 2:51 in the trailer a new (different) song plays.

So, I assume the youtuber who posted the music had explicit permission from EA to publish one of their songs? (as he doesn't mention this anywhere)
Perhaps one of the CM's will notice this concern and inform us if we should have cause to worry that Frontier are about to be bankrupted by EA?

The YouTuber uploaded it without permission and it could be taken down or the video gets demonetized. The difference is that channel is not owned by a big company.

Ah thanks, I thought you meant starting from 2:51. You're right that from 1:28 they appear to be the same song.
