Massacre Missions Glitch

Massacre missions from Electra system to be executed in HIP 17225 system (eliminate Nerids's Devils Faction Deserters) are glitching.

Upon arriving mission signal points, enemy ships are idle/static. While it is nice to take a photo with them as attached, it will not get the mission done, nor is it fun to kill static ships!

Tried restarting the game, the console, jumping out and in with no success.

Stuck now with two missions that can't be executed.

Just pretend you have the ultimate stealth ship and kill them anyway

I did after getting bored from restarting the game many times, but got notoriety and had to wait two hours
