Could we be looking at another addition to the E galaxy map? A new black hole has been found:

"If the discovery is confirmed, the invisible behemoth will rank as the second largest black hole ever seen in the Milky Way after the supermassive black hole known as Sagittarius A* that is anchored at the very centre of the galaxy."

Not all. According to Wikipedia, almost every known massive galaxy has a Super Massive Black Hole (SMBH) at its centre. But then later in the article there is this:

"Some galaxies, however, lack any supermassive black holes in their centers. Although most galaxies with no supermassive black holes are very small, dwarf galaxies, one discovery remains mysterious: The supergiant elliptical cD galaxy A2261-BCG has not been found to contain an active supermassive black hole, despite the galaxy being one of the largest galaxies known; ten times the size and one thousand times the mass of the Milky Way."

So does every galaxy have one of them then?

Every galaxy that has intense electromagnetic sources in their center are suggested by scientists that they are black holes, since it requires an exotic energy such as a black hole to generate some of the energies detected in them, like Synchrotron radiation.
