Material in SRV full. How to empty?

Love this idea!
Maybe not 300, but say 10 iron "pieces"=1 iron ingot, similar to Refinery.
FDev, your move...
I always thought packing them into 1t canisters for Market use would be cool.

I guess they would need to fix the fact you can relogski all day to get mats though.

Meanwhile, you can add iron to your ignore list until you need more. (Check left panel, Contacts tab, next time there is any iron around - right click and then 'add to ignore list'). :)

Ignore lists are good for avoiding wasting Collectors by picking up junk-cargo but it's not really a good idea to add mat's to an ignore list because you could end-up missing out on them if you forget to un-ignore them after using some.

If you're finding you're full of low-tier mat's it's probably a sign that you're mis-managing your mat's and you need to visit a mat' trader more often.
As aa rule, I tend to keep 100 mat's and then trade up any surplus to get higher tier mat's.

IF you have a steady source of materials (while mining for example, there is benefit to going from time to time to the material trader and trade up in the same category. As you will refill your low rank materials it enables you (at a very low rate) to get higher mats. However for raw mats the usual is to trade DOWN, after filling up to 150 (you have to get back to the main menu to go from 100 to 150 the first time you reach full capacity). The best place to fill up is HIP 36601 and a second system (you'll find it in various third party tools) : 1 planet = biological sites that provide grade 5 raw mats of one type (like polonium). That will help tremendously fullfil your needs for raw mats.

Jameson crash site is the fill up station for encoded.

Sadly you'll have to hunt down manufactured like averyone else... and they are a bummer !
Manufactured is simple.
Find Federal systems with zero population and zero economy ( Witches Reach is permit locked but shows what you're looking for) These systems are full of respawning HGEs giving CD and proprietary composites.
No need to do anything else or even relog. Just fill up and trade down.
